I am proud to provide an affordable high-quality level of customer service, medical experience, and commitment to health and wellness to all my patients. This is an affordable fee-for-service medical clinic. Ancillary services, such as lab, x-ray or pharmacies will bill your insurance for you if you direct them to do so. Medlen Family Care provides a secure patient portal, online scheduling, and affordable office visits.
I have more than 27 years of family-focused nursing experience, 9 of which have been in the role of Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner Certified. I hold my certification through AANP. I will assess you and create a care plan that's right for you. I understand the importance of educating you on the most effective ways to take care of your body, so that you can heal quickly.

I understand that unexpected situations can arise. In order to provide the best possible experience for all our clients, I ask that you inform us of any cancellations as early as you can.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel with less than 4 hours’ notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service may be charged. This will be determined by management. This policy also applies to “No-Show” appointments.
Rescheduling:
Appointments rescheduled with less than 4 hours’ notice will be treated as cancellations. Since last-minute changes can impact our ability to serve others, the same cancellation fee may apply. That said, we understand that every situation is unique and will review each case individually.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment cannot proceed due to a late arrival, a 50% fee of the scheduled service may be charged as a "Late Cancellation" or "No-Show" fee. This will be determined in coordination with management.

No, chronic pain is not managed here. Narcotics are not kept on site
Friday and Saturday appointments vary, if you are trying to schedule for either day, but the option isn't offered for that day, please expand your search for alternate dates.
